          Lady Lyre is the musical project of guitarist and composer Casey Ha. Formed as a home for his original work, Lady Lyre has grown into a collaborative ensemble rooted in original improvised music, shaped by the voices and ideas of a close-knit group of young artists.

 

Their debut album, In the Hours Between, marks a defining shift in the group’s sound and vision. Entirely self-produced, recorded, and composed by the ensemble, the album is the culmination of a year spent weaving together the talents of its collaborators, an intentional snapshot of a creative moment suspended in time. Drawing from jazz, soul, funk and indie rock, the record balances improvisation with songcraft, intimacy with atmosphere. 

 

With this release, Lady Lyre establishes itself as a project defined by collaboration, independence, and an evolving sonic identity, offering a debut that looks ahead as much as it honors the moments in which it was made.
